Cancellation policy

mr. mail offers a recurring subscription billed once per month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. To avoid being charged for the next month's mailing, cancellations must be made before your monthly billing date.

Canceling stops future mailings but does not refund mailings that have already been processed or shipped.
