What is mr. mail?
mr. mail is a monthly mail art subscription. Each month you will receive a small piece of creative mail such as a print, postcard, prompt, or another surprise sent through the post.

When will my first piece of mail arrive?
Subscribe by the last day of the month to receive that month's mailing.

Mail is typically sent during the first week of the following month.

(ex. If you subscribe March 1-31, your order will be sent the week of April 1)

How is the mail delivered?
All mail is sent through the United States Postal Service using First-Class Letter Mail.

Because this is standard letter mail, tracking is not available.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. mr. mail ships internationally in most cases. Delivery times for international mail may vary and can take several weeks depending on the destination.

If shipping is not available at checkout, it means mail service to that country is currently unavailable.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

To avoid being charged for the next month's mailing, cancellations must be made before your billing date.

What if my mail does not arrive?
Because mr. mail is sent through standard letter mail, occasional delays can happen. If your mail has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?
At the moment subscriptions are tied to the purchaser's account, but you are welcome to subscribe using the recipient's mailing address.

Who runs mr. mail?
mr. mail is created by Carol and assembled by hand. Each envelope is part of an ongoing experiment in mail art and slow communication.
