Refund policy

Because mr.mail is a monthly mail art subscription sent through standard letter mail, returns are not accepted.

Once a mailing has been sent, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If your mail arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. Canceling your subscription stops future mailings but does not refund mailings that have already been sent.
